First Group America and ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. have come together to formulate this beneficial maintenance program to address and answer your ongoing needs and meet your requirements.

Program Highlights:

• Vehicle Inspection Program (VIP) - ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. franchisees will manage your fleet re-conditioning needs through bi-weekly site visits
• Estimates will be provided with digital photographs of damages to be repaired and submitted for authorization to each Waste Management site manager
• National Pricing
• Each invoice will be accompanied by a digital photograph of the completed repair
• Billing will be copied locally through First Group America and subsidiary locations submitted to ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. for billing and payment

• ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. and our network of Franchisees through a technical force of over 500 technicians provide on-site body and paint repair services

• ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. and our network of Franchisees are fully insured
• Menu of Services and National pricing for First Student, First Transit and First Vehicle respectively
• All RFQ’s are processed and completed within 24 business hours whenever possible and submitted to the local First Group America Subsidiary Maintenance Manager for approval
• Quick turn around, less vehicle downtime
• Safety and Compliance regulations as they pertain to the First Group America and subsidiary locations will be mandated and maintained by ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. Franchisees and Technicians at all sites
• ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. Franchisees are Green Earth certified by CSE Consulting, LLC
• Environmentally safe products and processes
• ColorAll Ultimate Solution^®-a target HAP
• ColorAll^® Aqua 50 – a water base solvent
• VOC records are maintained monthly and monitored by CSE Consulting, LLC

Compliance:

• On-site Procedures
• ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. personnel must check in with First Group America site Maintenance Manager and abide by local safety guidelines
• ColorAll^® Technologies International, Inc. personnel must set up a work barricade, when working outside, to alert traffic to their presence
• Check-out with First Group America site Maintenance Manager upon completion of all contract work
• Personal Protection Equipment
• ID badges must be worn
• Hard Hat
• Safety Vest (ANSI Class II high-visibility apparel)
• Steel toe shoes or boots
• Goggles
• Traffic cones/barricades
• Smoking
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas defined by First Group America facilities
• No drugs or alcohol are permitted to be taken onto, or consumed at First Group America facilities unless legally prescribe by a Physician
• Warranty for one (1) year from date of invoicing, providing the unit is still under the management and ownership of First Group America and subsidiaries. Peeling and/or chipped paint resulting from road debris, extended use, or impact will NOT be warranted under this provision. This warranty is non-transferable
