To continue the very substantial growth that ColorAll experienced in its first 6 years, the management of the company made the decision to expand nationally by making turnkey operations available to qualified individuals in the form of Area Franchises. Our expansion provides committed Franchisees the opportunity to build a profitable business which would result in the rapid buildup of a valuable business asset, rather than just a “job”.
ColorAll’s objective is to find individuals to whom it can, within a close working relationship, pass on the experiences (both positive and negative), systems, methods and techniques that have allowed us to structure a financially successful business over the past decade. To this end, ColorAll has designed a program that offers territories protected by stringent franchise agreements.
WHAT TO EXPECT
“A JUMP START”
The future success of your ColorAll franchise is based on a business which is not only recession proof (when times are bad, used cars are often purchased instead of new cars in order to save money) but a business that is quickly profitable due to its extremely low overhead.
As you know, conventional wisdom says that a new business will lose money the first year, break even the second year, and maybe show a profit the third year . . . this is definitely not the case at ColorAll . . . You will find yourself in a profitable position quickly because your costs are almost all “relative” . . . that is for the most part, they are strictly a percentage of the amount of work your ColorAll TECHNICIANS perform.
THE MATURING PROCESS!
Although the most mature of ColorAll Protected Areas produce high numbers weekly, you will start your business with three Service TECHNICIANS the first month and expand to a fourth TECHNICIAN before the third month of business. After you’ve reached this level, the next 4 Service TECHNICIANS will require you to take on an ACCOUNT MANAGER. This will increase your cost by 15% of the additional income produced by the new group of TECHNICIANS. Of course, that produces even more profit for you. This formula is then repeated as your business continues to grow. This is called Scalability.
THE FRANCHISEE!
Each ColorAll market covers an exclusive area demographically selected for its highest profit and growth potential. The ColorAll concept is exploding nationwide through a network of these Franchises. The Franchisee, who is familiar with his market, brings a local ownership presence and a networking ability to this great opportunity.
The Franchisee, who will hold a 100% stock equity position in his franchised company, will be provided with three complete mobile technician packages and training for the Franchisee, his Account Manager (if desired) and three technicians. In addition, you will have the benefit of ColorAll’s corporate staff to open new accounts in your territory and to provide continuous support.
The training provided under the Franchise Program will not only cover the everyday operational aspects of the business, but will also train the Franchisee in the critical management portion of the business. This will give the Franchisee the option of teaching these skills to an Account Manager, (if desired). The Franchisee need not acquire any color painting skills, since experienced auto painters are readily available in the marketplace to perform the work once they are trained by ColorAll’s highly professional trainers.
